Put on your shoes - standing up

This is a simple, yet powerful little habit that's good for everybody. As long as you can put on (and take off) your clothes while standing on your own two feet you're on the right track.

It's a nice daily reminder and check of your fitness, general shape, agility and balance (and perhaps of how sensible clothes you wear too).

This is just me putting on a pair of loafers:
